    Terrible delivery experience, damaged product

    Absolutely shocking delivery experience with this Balter Easy Hazy order. Took over two weeks to arrive despite paying for express shipping, and when it finally showed up, the packaging was completely crushed with several cans dented and one actually leaking. The shipping cost was ridiculously expensive for such poor service, and customer service was completely unhelpful when I complained. Can't even enjoy the beer properly when half the cans are damaged - will definitely be taking my business elsewhere next time.

    Completely disappointing beer

    I was really looking forward to trying this hazy IPA but it was a total letdown. The beer tasted flat and stale, like it had been sitting on the shelf way too long. There was barely any hop flavor and the supposed hazy character was more like murky dishwater. For the price point, this is absolutely unacceptable quality and I won't be purchasing Balter products again.
